dear blogger friends

Sorry for the lack of posts. I will try my hardest to keep you updated on my exciting life!:) Here are some highlights of my last 3 months!

This was kind of more of a sad one but...Harrison left. He had a pretty amazing going away party! super fun...but i miss him dearly!

Camping with the Georgianna family!

It was a lot of fun... every year they go to Lake Clementine. I have been privileged to go 3 years now! Its always a highlight of the summer.
We had so much fun water skiing, boating, hanging with the girls, floating down the river, painting nails, playing cards, eating loads of sugar, and the camp fire of coarse!

It was fun spending time before Jordyn went up to school (BYU I) I miss her a lot too!

This year the Schultz's went to Carpenteria. So FUN! we camped and everyone was able to come. I was bummed i was a day late (work shmork) but i still got to enjoy a lot of it

Many Dinners with friends!

My friend Whitney was in town so all of us got together to have dinner at Jamie's. It was fun to see everyone from high school! Thanks Jamie for the YUMMY food and cake!

Matthew and Megan's Wedding

My old roommate (when i lived up in Utah) Megan got Hitched. I absolutely love her hubby Matt! Her wedding was so cute and she looked beautiful!

Back to school

All My friends went back to Utah! :( Not only do i miss them, but I'm seriously bored!

Utah Visit

Last week i got to go up to Utah and meet Baby Sawyer for the first time! It was a really relaxing trip...there is  only so much you can do with a brand new baby! She turned 2 weeks while i was there and i got to go to her check up! Its crazy that she's already like 3 1/2 weeks by now! I bet she's already getting so big and looking so different I miss her already. Whitney is such a cute Mommy in her cute little house. Its weird to see all my friends having babies. Whitney also looks so good. She doesn't even look like she just had a baby. Can you tell me all your tricks? Oh wait i know them because we ate outback, olive garden, candy, funfetti etc all weekend! haha now im paying for it!

1st doctors apt

While i was there i got to see a lot of Sam and Ainsley. They came over to whitney's to see the baby and hang out with us!

i had to post these...whitney's face is priceless!

Sam went out on a date the night before i left so i stayed at his house that night while me and Ainsley hung out. We went to the park to eat dinner with Whitney, Brandon and Sawyer. Then we left them and said our good byes and went and got treats from Sonic! :)

It was a fast trip. I got there sunday night and flew home early early wed morning! But im just glad that i go to see them for a little bit! I can't wait for you to come down whit! Hurry!

Seattle/Portland

Some of you know this past week I went to Seattle/Portland with my brother Sam. I got a call Friday on my to work....

sam- Heather how daring do you feel?

me-uh? why? (when Sam starts with that he always has something racking his brain)

sam- want to go with me to Seattle?

me- well I work all day Saturday and i have Sunday and Monday probably can get Tuesday off? But i have to be back by Wednesday!

sam-ok ill call you back

me- (eh?)

3 min later....

sam- k i booked your flight your leaving on Sunday and flying back early Wednesday morning...ill send you your itinerary 

me- haha ok

   So, we went and it was a blast. Just a fun quick trip that was very much needed! We got there Sunday and just checked into the hotel, got our rental car etc. 

  

Sam went on his mission to Seattle so he knows the area really well. It was fun cause he could show me cool things and i got to hear a ton of storied from his mission. I loved it! That night we went to dinner with some old friends from one of Sam's Mission. It was fun... they took us to Azteca... a really good Mexican restaurant.

On Monday we woke up and went downtown. It is a beautiful city. Sam took me to Pike Street and it was rad. If you ever have a chance to go to seattle... go to Pike Street!

we waited in line to get in and then when we got to the front we looked at each other and were like do we even want to go up? HAHa we both had been up there before...so we didn't see the point in paying 40 bucks to go! haha

We found a friend Lionel 

Meet Lionel...He sings outside the monorail for tips. He sings Gospel music. He just sings whatever comes to his head, and i asked him how he thinks of it and he said "God tells him what he wants me what i need to preach to the public" WOw he was amazing... Ryan you would of loved him!

He was pretty amazing also, He thought me and Sam were Bf/Gf. We played along and Bruce kept saying "you guys just can see the chemistry between you guys. He was cool though, he walked with us...kept us company but then we started to get worried after mile 2 and we were almost to our car! haha ...we just ran!

That night Sam had fallen asleep earlier than me. I was sitting on bed on my computer and i hear Sam go "T-A-T" 

me- what Sam?

Sam- I said T-A-T Bitches

at this time i knew he was sleep talking. I was crying i was laughing so hard. Then he turned over and looked at me and laughed and said

Sam- Tat bitches haha :)

We woke up early Tuesday and Drove to Portland. On our way we drove through Port Angeles ( forks) and i wanted to stop and say hi to Bella and Edward.... now i know why Stephanie Meyer Picked washington to be the state it took place in! 

We drove straight to the Temple. It was BEAUTIFUL there! Trees Everywhere You couldn't even see the temple because it was hidden in all the trees

It was a fun wedding...Im glad we got to go and be there for Colt and Abby! Sam was in the line! He loved his new pink shoes!

When we left the wedding these random neighbor kids were outside with this sign! Pretty genius if you ask me. We talked to them for a little but and they were funny kids! 

This trip was super fun and i'm glad we decided to go at the last minute!

Ill post pics up later...but Sam and I decided to take a random trip up here. Then on tuesday were gonna go down to Portland for Colts wedding !

Welcome Sawyer Joy

Whitney just sent these over! Such a cute baby girl... she had her yesterday and of coarse she's already wearing a huge bow! So cute...I can't wait to meet you little Sawyer!

Round 2 with Nolan

I got to watch Nolan again!! Mike went to Mammoth on a fishing trip with friends and Alysia had to work. Nolan is getting so big and is talking so much so it has made it fun to play with him. He can talk and communicate with you! I love how he says my name, its super cute. He copies everything you say too. He's such a happy boy all the time.

On Thursday i took him to the beach. All my sisters and friends are starting to go to the beach every Thursday with all of there kids so i thought Perfect ill take Nolan along. He loves playing with all the kids. Esp Porter...Porter is really good about sharing or at least finding him another toy! :) 

On the way to the beach we went to McDonald's. Nolan wasn't eating anything. Even though he wouldn't stop talking about french fries. He didn't have a very big breakfast so i knew he had to be hungry. Anyways i just blew it off and we got to the beach. It was So WINDY. Kind of miserable windy. It was freaking freezing too. Nolan wasn't so stoked. 

  He cuddled up to be the whole time.  i didn't mind the cuddles though :) I still thought it was weird how he was acting. cause usually he LOVES playing with all the kids.He tried digging for a little bit but then came back. I thought it was just the sun and wind?  He wasn't being bad or naughty? but just really clingy and acting super tired. He ended up falling asleep.

We ended up leaving the beach after an hour because it just wasn't fun! :) super bummer...I drove with Amber and her kids. Porter and Nolan Fell asleep on the way home. When we got home Amber brought Porter in and i transferred all of our stuff into my car. I looked over at Nolan and he had throw up all over him. He wasn't crying or anything? :( Poor kids... That's why he was being so crabby. I knew that wasn't like him?

  I took him into the house and he had i high fever so i threw him in the bath to cool him down. Then we went and laid on my bed. He threw up 3 more times ! :( but his fever was leaving. I just kept a wet towel on him. I put Thomas the train on for him and we just rested for a little but before i tried to take him home. 

  Nolan Fell asleep on the way home. I brought him into the house and he slept until 6! When he woke up he was so tired and not interactive at all. I gave him juice and he just laid on my for 30 min until Alysia got home. It was sad cause i knew he was really sick but i loved that he just cuddled with me! 

I know not the greatest pictures...it was with my phone and i didn't want to get up to get my camera because i was enjoying it too much!

Friday turned out to be better for us! I got there and Nolan was still sleeping which was probably good!

He woke up and was so happy! I was excited cause this day would be fun! :) I decided to take him to the pool. I braved it out. I thought i was ok ever since Porters accident but as soon as i held responsibility for another kid at the pool...it became hard again. I was so crazy at the pool. I was by him the whole time...i couldn't even look away for one second. Alysia and Mike have these little floaties for him but i couldn't even put them on him because it just brought back bad memories!  :(
We had a lot of fun though at the pool. Nolan LOVES to swim and defiantly isn't scared of the water!

That day happened to be a little girls bday party. Nolan was in Love...because there were ALOT of kids there playing. Even though they were older he was entertained. They had pizza and he kept walking around saying "Pizza" i was like crap how do i explain to a 4 yr old that its not our pizza...but the lady was super nice and gave him some. Maybe because he went up to her and was asking for it ...i dunno? haha

We left the pool and when to the grocery store. I was really craving watermelon on this hot summer day! So i bought a watermelon and cut it up for us. Maybe or maybe i didn't buy fufetti cupcake mix for us to make? haha

Mike and ALysia have a bird names Crunchie. Well i dont deal well with birds... While Nolan was taking his nap i was trying to nap myself. i was laying on the couch and i woke up to this looking over me! I wished Ryan Williams was there!
I freaked out. I didn't know what it wanted from me? haha i thought do i put my hand out and let it crawl on me? Hell no! haha so i just went upstairs! Im sure its a nice bird but i didn't want to touch it!

  

When Nolan woke up the first thing he said was "cucakes?" haha i was like shoot he remembered...it was already late and Alysia was almost done with work. But how could i not make them? haha so we went downstairs and started baking!
Nolan kept putting his hands in the dry miz and eating it and saying "SUGAR" haha Alysia came home so i just hung out with them for a little bit until they were done! 

Nolan ate all the frosting off and then asked for more! haha sometime i feel like that too...i just want to eat all the frosting! :)

We had alot of fun and i was glad i got to watch him! I hope you had fun MIke...Alysia I think its our turn to go on a girls trip!
